Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HD Beauty Salon, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.
If rescheduling is required, the cancellation policy may apply.
Refund Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will happily offer an adjustment.
Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a salon credit or exchange.
Deposits & Prepayments
Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
