Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HD Beauty Salon, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.

  • If rescheduling is required, the cancellation policy may apply.


Refund Policy
  • Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will happily offer an adjustment.

  • Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a salon credit or exchange.


Deposits & Prepayments
  • Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
